Install Windows 10 from scratch. It's always better to do a clean install of an Dell xps 1645 bluetooth, to avoid as much of the legacy unoptimized junk as possible. You are most welcome. In the previous builds I had to manually install a Lenovo Bluetooth driver for this to make it work. In Build I have not been able to do this.
I tried to install the drivers from Dell website but they cannot be installed even in compatibility mode. Go dell xps 1645 bluetooth Solution. Once I did that I then used the Broadcom drivers for Windows 10 provided by Lenovo which is the same as Broadcoms but the installer works.

Accepted Solutions. I've checked my by taking off the back cover and notice that there is no bluetooth card present.
